What helps you feel empowered? Seen? In grounded connection with yourself and others?
As anti-queer and trans sentiment and violence rises globally, many of us are holding deep fear in our nervous systems. A lack of spaces to face, regulate, and transform that fear together can leave us painfully isolated. At Naturally Equal, a core part of our work is to co-create spaces that can hold our complexity in community in a way that is generative, integrative, and empowers us to face the world with a little more gentleness and courage.
The community concept is based on the fact that each person is invaluable and truly irreplacable. Each person has a gift to offer, a contribution to make to the whole.

Believing that cultivating relationship with our other-than-human kin also deepens our relationship with ourselves, we offer brave spaces encouraging queer folx to explore this by focusing our empowerment work on connecting with nature and our voices. As we return to our body, our living instrument, we can connect to the pleasurable power of our voice through a range of techniques (including singing) and let it carry us in our daily interactions in community and individually.
Come join us in spaces where we can collectively recharge, nurture joy and inspire new ways of being together. Stay tuned for more details on our upcoming empowerment events for queer folx!
