  • Live online events with a fixed date
  • Digital content without a fixed date (e.g. self-study offers)

By registering, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the registration has been completed and Naturally Equal confirms the booking by email.

The version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the contract is authoritative.

3. Participation fee and payment terms

The participation fee is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment must be made within the period specified in the booking confirmation.

In the event of late payment, Naturally Equal is entitled to allocate the place to another participant. The payment obligation remains in force unless a valid cancellation has been made in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

A. Regulations for face-to-face events and live online appointments

4. No right of withdrawal for time-bound events

Face-to-face events (outdoor or indoor) and live online events constitute services related to leisure activities for which a specific date or period of time is scheduled.

In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for these events.

Withdrawal is only possible in accordance with the following cancellation conditions.

5. Cancellation conditions for scheduled events

Cancellation free of charge is only possible within the cancellation period specified at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Cancellation must be made in writing by email.

If the cancellation is received within the agreed period, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

If the cancellation is made after the cancellation period has expired or if a participant does not attend the event, there is no entitlement to a refund. Any outstanding participation fees must be paid in full.

A replacement person may be provided after prior consultation.

B. Regulations for digital content without a fixed date

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content without a fixed date, there is a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

7. Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if

  • the participant expressly agrees that Naturally Equal may begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
  • and they confirm that they are aware that this consent means they lose their right of withdrawal.

Access to digital content will only be activated after this consent has been given.

C. Common rules for all offers

8. Participation requirements and common conduct

Naturally Equal’s offers require respectful, non-discriminatory interaction with one another.

All participants are expected to respect the dignity of other people in their contributions and actions.

If offensive or discriminatory behaviour occurs, it will be addressed and turned into a shared learning experience.

In the event of repeated intentional or grossly negligent behaviour that hurts or discriminates against other participants or the management, Naturally Equal reserves the right to exclude the person concerned from further participation in the offer. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.

9. Liability and personal responsibility

Participation is at your own risk.

Events in nature may involve risks due to weather or terrain conditions. Participants bear joint responsibility for this.

Naturally Equal is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.

10. Cancellation by Naturally Equal

If an event cannot take place for important reasons, in particular illness of the management or force majeure, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

No further claims can be made.
